Wal-Mart's New Coupon Policy

NEW Wal Mart Coupon Policy is being implemented!  Go HERE to view.
A couple of the biggest changes:

1. Wal Mart will now offer cash back OR overage on your transaction when the coupon exceeds the value of the item.
2. Wal Mart will now accept catalina coupons (these are the ones that print off from the register when you pay - HyVee, Walgreens, KMart, etc) that are marked as MFR coupons.

Wal Mart will accept 1 coupon per item, and coupons must have expiration dates.
Wal Mart will not take:

1. Internet Printables for FREE items
2. Competitor coupons
