To receive your voucher for a free bag of Iams Dog food, purchase any 2# or larger bag of dog food or any 1.8# bag or larger of dry cat food between the dates of 2/1/11 and 6/30/11 and complete the rebate form found HERE.  There are two links on the page, one for dog food, and one for cat food.
