TO RECEIVE YOUR COUPON BOOKLET BY MAIL:

1. Purchase $15 of any ConAgra Foods® retail
brands, mail in receipt by 3/31/11.
2. Circle the participating products and their
corresponding prices on your Supercenter
cash register receipt.
3. Fill out the form, submit and print it out.
4. Mail the printed form and the dated receipt
with the item descriptions and product prices
circled in a stamped envelope to:

These do not have to be purchased in one transaction, and purchases made from 12/26/10 and 3/31/11 qualify.  It's always a good idea to hang onto your grocery receipts for offers like these when they pop up.
